The implementation of the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010 (EPR) introduced new legislation requiring the registration and, in some case modifications, of all Septic Tanks in Wales to ensure compliance with Natural Resources Wales (NRW) criteria.   

We recognised the importance of staying compliant and up to date and invested extensively in researching these regulations to ensure that every project we undertake meets or exceeds legal standards.
