Never having owned a property with a septic tank I was clueless, James was incredibly informative and helpful. Having carried out research of various companies and being quoted anything between £500 to £1000 with no clarity as to whether a legal compliance survey would be included (I did not want nor need my own DVD copy of a CCTV inspection), my partner found James.
